The CCEP Program offers organizations a customer engagement certification curriculum to develop their business development and sales teams into highly effective Certified Customer Engagement Professionals.  The CCEP program is best for individuals or smaller companies where there is no development curriculum and the BD/Sales Leaders do not have the bandwidth to develop the BD or sales team. Continuing Education Credits are awarded for all MBDi programs towards PMI and PE certifications.

Program Calendar

There are multiple programs with a highly selective processes that begin at different times of the year. To be considered for the program you will need to apply and complete a questionnaire. An MBDi representative will then contact you to schedule a selection interview.  Once selected, our relationship manager will provide a start date, each semesters program agenda, pre-classroom preparatory materials and instructions to ensure you are fully prepared and maximize the return on your investment.
