EW Releasability and Export Control Workshop

The EW Releasability and Export Control Workshop scheduled to take place at Lockheed Martin in Arlington VA, February 25-26, has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we intended to reschedule this workshop this year, the AOC has decided to push it to 2021. We look forward to having this workshop next year and hope to see you there.

All current attendee registrations will be cancelled, all registration fees will be returned within 1-2 weeks.

Workshop Topic: Outlining Approval Paths and Best Practices to Export EW Technology.

This forum provides brings together stakeholders, thought leaders and experts in Releasability, Export Control and EW to focus on the USG processes required to acquire export approval via direct commercial sales (DCS) and foreign military sales (FMS) of EW technology.

Join us to engage with experts and decision-makers from agencies including:

  • Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA)
  • Navy International Programs Office (NIPO)
  • DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent (DoD ATEA)
  • Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA)
  • Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA)

Day 1 (SECRET/NOFORN) will outline the specific technology release processes and best practices to enable positive export decisions for industry and the USG, including implementing agency export policies and functional release export policies on EW technology.

Day 2 (UNCLASSIFIED) will focus on our foreign allies and ways to leverage USG DCS and FMS modalities of sale to procure capabilities that fulfill EW operational requirements.
