Call for Papers: Original papers are being solicited from the United States and Five Eyes Nations, Government, Academia, Industry, Operational Units, and Subject Matter Experts on how to fight and win decisively against any adversary in a joint, multi-domain, high-intensity conflict through employment of Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) capabilities.
We will continue to expand the CEMA discussion from a doctrine, operational, technology, and threat perspective and how to integrate electronic warfare, cyber, signals intelligence, information operations, and other forms of non-kinetic fires into operational formations. Conference presentations may be classified TS/SCI US Only or REL FVEY, or Secret Releasable FVEY.
Paper submissions should unclassified and indicate the level of classification for presentation, and focus on the following topic areas:
All abstracts must be unclassified and MUST follow the abstract template, which you can access here.

Conference Registration Fees are for U.S. and Foreign Nationals - must have proper security clearance and be cleared to attend.
*Active government civilian does not include contractors working for the government. Current Military/Government ID must be presented at check-in.
*Conference cancellations must be submitted in writing; telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org Refunds will be issued minus a $75 administrative fee for all paid registrations. No refunds after May 18 at Noon or for no-shows. Online registration will close on May 18 at Noon. Any registration after that time will need to register onsite.

If you do not have a CAC card or military ID and are a Full Conference attendee who has been cleared to attend the classified portion of the conference you will be emailed a base access form to print by Thursday, Oct 22. You must bring this printed base access form and present along with a valid state issued driver's license that is REAL ID act compliant to guards at gate 715. Please check this website for information on REAL ID https://www.dhs.gov/real-id verify if your state issued driver’s license is compliant. If it is not on this approved list, you must go to the visitor center to obtain a visitor pass. Please allow for additional time at the visitor center.
All occupants of the vehicle must have the base access form and must show a valid state-issued driver's license. The guards at the gate will verify everyone in the vehicle is registered to attend the conference and will scan each driver's license which runs background checks on the individual.
If you have any problems at the gate, you will need to go to the visitor's center and be processed for base access. Anyone with any felonies, open warrants or on the Sex Offender. Registry will be denied access to the base.
ALL TENT ONLY ACCESS participants who do not have a CAC card or Military ID must go to the visitor center to be processed for base access. You will not be emailed the base access form.
Foreign National Attendees:
All foreign national visitors will require an escort to get on base which will be coordinated by the foreign national POC. All registered foreign nationals will receive an email with instructions. *Note: You must be REGISTERED for the conference to receive the email with instructions.
