PODCAST: Army to deploy weapons to fight Russia on electromagnetic spectrum

The Army’s Rapid Capabilities Office is deploying some of the first electronic warfare weapons to soldiers in Europe. Federal News Radio spoke with RCO Director Douglas Wiltsie and Col. Marty Hagenston, Army project manager for electronic warfare and cyber, about how they procured those prototype weapons quickly and how they will inform future programs of record on Federal Drive with Tom Temin.  LISTEN HERE
