Ms. Lisa Frugé-Cirilli

President, Association of Old Crows Customer Requirements & Advocacy Director, BAE Systems

Lisa currently serves as 2017-2018 President of the Association of Old Crows (AOC), Past President of The Dixie Crow Chapter, and Past Chair of The Annual Dixie Crow EW/IO Technical Symposium.

As a Palace Acquire Intern, Lisa entered electronic warfare (EW) in 1997 as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Electronic Warfare Directorate at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Lisa actively worked and assisted in intra-agency policy determination associated with the release of EW critical technologies for numerous FMS/USAF EW and sensor programs including: AN/ALR-69, AN/ALQ-131, AN/ALQ-184, AN/ALR-62 and the AN/ALQ-213.

In February 2006, as TERMA was opening their North American Airborne Systems Office in Warner Robins, Georgia, Lisa resigned from government service to join their team as a Senior Program Manager. Lisa was responsible for domestic U.S. Air Force and Foreign Military Sales EW production and integration programs.

Since 2009, Lisa proudly represents BAE Systems as their Customer Requirements & Advocacy Director for U.S. Air Force Systems in Warner Robins, Georgia. Her husband, Ken Cirilli, is an Air Force Veteran who works for the Dept. of Defense in the AF Special Operations Command. They have four children and seven grandchildren.

In addition, Lisa serves on the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Commander’s Community Liaison Program (CLP) Committee and as a Past Chair of the Robins Regional Aerospace Industry Committee.
