Mike Meaney

Mike Meaney is vice president, Maritime Electronic and Information Warfare for the Navigation and Maritime Systems organization in the Mission Systems sector.

In this role, he has executive responsibility for Maritime Electronic Warfare programs (including the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) Block 3), Information Warfare activities, and leading the convergence of multifunction EW/IW activities.

Prior to taking his current position, Meaney was most recently the vice president of Advanced Missions for the Engineering, Sciences and Technology organization. In this role, Meaney had executive responsibility for advanced future mission systems with a focus on integrated multispectral, distributed system of systems, multifunction, radar, electronic warfare, communications, signals intelligence, electro-optical/infrared, and undersea capabilities.

Meaney joined Northrop Grumman in 1994 and has held a number of leadership roles. He served as the director of Ground-Based Tactical Radar with responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the division’s Ground-Based Tactical Radar business unit.

Meaney earned his Master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master’s degree in business administration from Niagara University.
