History of the Fort Worth Chapter

 Chapter Purpose

The purposes of the Association of Old Crows Fort Worth Chapter are to provide an organization for individuals having a common interest in Electronic Warfare/Information Operation (EW/IO) who wish to foster and preserve the art; to promote the exchange of ideas and information; to recognize the advances and contributions to EW/IO; to document the history of EW/IO and to commemorate fittingly the memory of fellow practitioners.   Also, to align our purposes with the AOC Corporateā€™s purpose and to promote the profession through the offerings of education via training and via financial assistance to eligible students through scholarship fund raisers.

Dyess Air Force Base Crows Join Cowtown Crows

During the second quarter of 2019, the AOC Headquarters asked the Dyess AFB and Cowtown Crows to join chapters.  It was a very exciting time for the Cowtown Crows as we were invited to have a tour of the Dyess Air Force Base, what an amazing mission and a very nice base too.  Since that time, we have had several joint endeavors and many future plans as well.  Welcome to all.

With over 13,000 members internationally, the Association of Old Crows is an organization for individuals who have common interests in Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations, Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities. The Association of Old Crows provides a means of connecting members and organizations nationally and internationally across government, defense, industry, and academia to promote the exchange of ideas and information, and provides a platform to recognize advances and contributions in these fields.
