The House of Representatives will convene at 11:00 a.m. in pro forma session.  There is no defense-related legislature on the House calendar.

The U.S. Senate will convene meet at 2:00 p.m. for legislative business.

Tuesday, June 22

The House of Representatives will meet at 12:30 p.m. for Morning Hour and then reconvene at 2:00 p.m. for legislative business.  There is no defense-related legislation on the House calendar.

Wednesday, June 23

The House of Representatives will convene at 10:00 a.m. for legislative business.  There is no defense-related legislation on the House calendar.

The U.S. Senate is in session.

The Senate Appropriations Committee will hold a Defense Subcommittee hearing on FY2011 appropriations for the agencies under its jurisdiction at 10:30 a.m. in 192 Dirksen Senate Office Building.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee – Markup will hold a Full Committee Markup of S.3480, to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and other laws to enhance the security and resiliency of the cyber and communication infrastructure of the United States.  This Full Committee Markup will be held at 2:30 p.m. at 342 Dirksen Senate Office Building.

The House of Representatives will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business.

Monday, March 22

The House of Representatives will convene at 2:00 p.m. for legislative business.  The House is scheduled to consider six bills under Suspension of the Rules (provides limited debate with no opportunity to amend, but requires 2/3 support for passage).  There is no defense-related legislation on the House calendar.

The U.S. Senate will convene meet at 2:00 p.m. for legislative business.

Tuesday, March 23

The House of Representatives will convene at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.  No defense-related legislation is scheduled for consideration this week. 

The U.S. Senate is in session.

The House Armed Services Committee Defense Acquisition Reform Panel will meet at 8:00am in 2261 RHOB to discuss and vote on its final findings and recommendations.

The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Terrorism, Unconventional Threats and Capabilities will convene a hearing at 2:30 p.m. on "The FY2011 National Defense Authorization Budget Request for Department of Defense's Science and Technology Programs.” (HVC-210, U.S. Capitol)
