Please read prior to registering online

To ensure that your registration is processed properly, you must first select the Registrant Type from the drop-down box then check the appropriate Event Fee before selecting the Sessions you plan to attend. Please note that if you plan on attending the Full Symposium, it is listed under Sessions. Simply checking the Event Fee box DOES NOT register you for the Symposium or any other convention event.

If you would like to register for the Exhibit Hall or a Professional Development Course ONLY, please choose the 'Guest' Registrant Type. Please be aware that, although there is no charge to attend the Exhibit Hall Only, in order for your online registration to be processed, you will need to enter your credit card information. Your card will not be charged.

Please note that if you are registering multiple people, you will need to close your internet browser entirely and open a new browser otherwise your subsequent transactions will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund less $50 until September 14
  • Full Refund less $100 September 15 - October 12
  • No Refunds after October 13
