Course Description:
This course builds on the information in Fundamentals of EW (or equivalent) courses. The principles learned in the fundamentals course will be applied to more complex practical problems, and the theoretical underpinnings of fundamental EW concepts and techniques will be developed. Special attention will be given to resources available to EW professionals: the range of textbooks and authors, periodicals, journals, organizations, etc. This will be run like a typical graduate seminar course with much class participation.

Instructor:
Dave Adamy is an internationally recognized expert in electronic warfare who writes the popular monthly EW-101 column in the Journal of Electronic Defense. He has over 40 years experience as a systems engineer and program technical director, developing EW systems from DC to light, deployed on platforms from submarines to space, with specifications from QRC to highly reliability. He was a principle investigator on a UAV links payloads study for the U.S. UAV Joint Program Office. He has published many professional articles on EW, receiver system design and related subjects. He holds a MSEE (Communications Theory) and has ten books in print.

. There will be no exceptions. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by the due date minus a $75 administrative fee.
AOC reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient registrants two weeks prior to a course start date. In such an event, registration fees will be refunded in full. AOC liability is limited to the return of such fees.
