The conference is hosted by NSWC Crane Division in Crane, Indiana and will be held completely at the appropriate classification levels.

The overall goal of the conference is to provide a forum for professionals from the military, government, industry and academic fields, to discuss issues related to the requirements of EW programs, platforms, and operations.

*The military fee applies only to active duty military and the government fee applies to civilian personnel with a current government ID card. Military/Government ID cards must be presented at check in.

Conference cancellations must be submitted in writing with a copy of your registration form on or before May 1, 2010; telephone cancellations will not be accepted. SECURITY INFORMATION

All clearances must be currently reflected in JPAS/JCAVS.  May 11th requires TS/SCI.  May 12th - 13th require Secret (interim will also be accepted).   The clearance must be awarded by your SMO.  Only having eligibility will not suffice.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington, located at 245 North College Ave, Bloomington, IN 47404 is SOLD OUT.

Individuals needing a hotel room for the conference can contact the Comfort Inn at 812-279-8111. The hotel is located at 911 Constitution Avenue, Bedford, IN 47421. Please refer to the group code: NSWC Crane to obtain the $70 room rate. The housing deadline is May 9, 2010.

DIRECTIONS
 

Roundtrip transportation will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Bloomington with stops at the Holiday Inn Express, Homewood Suites and Fairfield Inn to the NSWC Crane Club Lakeview Conference Center during the conference.

Roundtrip transportation will also be provided from the Comfort Inn, Bedford, IN to the NSWC Crane Club Lakeview Conference Center during the conference for those participants who are housed at this location.
