Joint Electronic Attack Conference: AEA Operations Supporting Land, Sea and Air
Post Conference Information
9-11 March, 2010

Conference Wrap-up and Take-aways:
1. Electronic Warfare (EW) must be employed holistically so that Electronic Warfare Support (ES) enables Electronic Attack (EA) in order to more effectively synchronize non-kinetic effects with kinetic fires as a part of the combined arms team.
2. EW is inherently Joint and must be planned, integrated, executed, assessed and debriefed as such. In order to do that, the EW community must be interoperable with compatible systems that leverage one another's strengths to cover our gaps so that we can meet the commander's intent.
3. Across the Services, the EW community must approach EW solutions from the DOTMLPF process and rely on our Industry partners to help identify areas for shared applications in order to propagate the System-of-Systems vision enabling the overall cost drivers to go down.
