Cyber security requirements have changed.  Hackers have started working full time for criminal syndicates.  Spammers and adware/spyware developers are now using the same code as worm writers.  Organizations are increasingly on the front page news for losing customer data.  You need to protect your information now.

 The sheer complexity of the Internet makes it difficult to understand and defend against attacks.  You may be unaware of current vulnerabilities that affect your network.  Modern day computer systems, comprised of millions of lines of software code, are wrought with bugs and exploitable weaknesses.  Education is your best defense. Understanding the fundamental concepts of how computers and networks operate is important, however, it is becoming crucial to understand how attackers are exploiting weaknesses in these systems, and how to defend your network against them.

The CyberWarrior Course Series includes:

 

CyberWarrior Fundamentals (2 Days): Two-day overview of computer and networking concepts as a foundation for in-depth description and demonstration of hacker tools, techniques, and strategies. Course covers the systematic, phased approach or methodology used by hackers in attacks as well as defensive countermeasures that can be employed against them.  Course is unique in breadth and presentation methods with analysis and demonstrations of an “Anatomy of an Attack” including more than 40 live demonstrations of both hacker and security professional tools and techniques.CyberWarrior Executive (1/2 Day): As an alternative to the two-day CyberWarrior Fundamentals Course, a half-day executive version is available.  As a senior officer or decision maker, you must determine how to manage risk and protect networks.  This course is designed specifically for non-technical officers and staff to get them “up to speed” quickly on computer networking, security concepts, hacker methodology, and defensive measures.

 CyberWarrior Hands-On Lab (2 Days): Two-day Lab provides hands-on application in the use of hacker tools, techniques, and networking strategies.  This course addresses the need for applied/practical use and knowledge of hacker tools to address the increasing threat to our computer systems and networks.  This level of knowledge aids in the understanding of current hacker tools by security officers for defending against attacks and intrusions on public, private, government, and military networks.  The strength and utility of this course comes from comprehensive real-world attack scenarios.  This class includes more than 40 hands-on activities using hacker and security professional tools and techniques.  Lectures are minimized during the two days to provide the student maximum amount of time to experience cyber warfare on a closed network.  Students do not need to bring any equipment - a closed network is set up in the classroom to include student laptops.
