Introduction to ELINT and EW Databases--
Fundamentals for EW Engineers, System Engineers and Managers

This course  introduces the ELINT parameters and the ways the values are stored in data files for use by the EW community.  The current ELINT/EW Databases are covered.  Some  comments on new databases are included.  The participant gains an understanding of the problems facing EW users of such databases as well as some of the problems analysts who provide inputs to the databases.

Instructor:  Richard G. Wiley, Ph.D. has many years of experience in ELINT and EW and is the author of the textbook and many other books and papers.  He is a founder and Treasurer of Research Associates of Syracuse, Inc.  He was elected a Fellow of the IEEE and formerly was chairman of the Professional Development Committee of the AOC.
