Kenneth ‘Kilo’ Parks is a retired naval officer with more than 26 years of military operational experience. He is currently working as a Business Development Manager at ITT for Command and Control Systems and Datalinks. He has worked or led numerous programs, including FORCEnet Requirements and Assessments, Joint Force Maritime Component Commander (JFMCC) and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for various EW and IO systems. Ken has led three EW/IO military commands; Information Warfare Center, Electronic Attack Squadron 129 and Electronic Attack Squadron 139.

Ken has served in the EW/IO arena at the highest levels of leadership since 1977. He has worked numerous EW/IO issues at the OPNAV and SYSCOM and TYCOM levels. His awards include Instructor of the Year for the EA-6B Fleet Replacement Squadron, Tailhooker of the Year and Top Hook (Top Recruiter) for the Tailhook Association. As President of the AOC Tidewater Chapter, he’s working to increase membership in the expanding EW/IO commands locally.
