Chris Glaze is the owner and Chief Operating Officer of Third Wave Strategies, LLC (TWS). TWS is a professional services company specializing in defense issues requiring strategic planning, operations research and analysis, operational concept development, and proposal development expertise.

Chris Glaze is the owner and Chief Operating Officer of Third Wave Strategies, LLC (TWS). TWS is a professional services company specializing in defense issues requiring strategic planning, operations research and analysis, operational concept development, and proposal development expertise.

Prior to forming his own company, Colonel Glaze served for 25 years in the USAF. His experience included command and key leadership positions supporting information operations, electronic warfare, and tactical flying operations. His last assignment at the Air Staff was as the Deputy Director of Information Operations (IO), where he led AF efforts to further define and operationalize AF IO. After retiring from the USAF, Mr. Glaze worked in Business Development for Titan Corporation and Northrup Grumman Corporation.

Mr. Glaze is a graduate of The Citadel and also holds Masters Degrees in Public Administration and National Security and Strategic Studies. He is a Distinguished Graduate of Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College, and the Naval War College. Mr. Glaze is combat veteran with over 120 combat sorties in the EF-111A. His military decorations include the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Legion of Merit and five Air Medals. He is the recipient of the AOC Silver Medal Award and the Capital Hill Chapter Management Award.

Chris currently serves as a President on the AOC Board of Directors.
