Vince Battaglia has been a member of the EW community for most of his professional career. Starting as a design engineer and moving through various management positions he has made numerous technical and leadership contributions to the companies he worked for, the military services that they served and to the Old Crow Association that he supported.

As circuit design/system engineer, program manager, and team leader he has participated in the development and fielding of a number of currently operational EW and Intelligence Collection systems. He has been a primary contributor in a number of airborne, ship and satellite platforms including the E-2C, Tornado, F-16, F-18, B-52, B-1 and B-2.

As a member of the AOC from the late sixties he has participated in many conferences, symposiums, focus studies and organizational functions. He has been the recipient of the Management medal and currently presides over the Golden West Chapter.

As Regional Director, Vince will provide his energies, commitment and intellect in a to maintaining and growing the AOC’s role and visibility at the forefront of the community.

His broad community recognition and personal contacts will benefit the AOC in getting its message presented and accepted.

His hands–on management style will assist in bringing the AOC’s overall organizational strength in a coordinated manner to the individual chapters.
