For the past 10 years, Judith Westerheide has been employed by Defense Research Associates, Inc. in Beavercreek, OH as Facility Security Officer. Judy has over 32 years of leadership/management experience in marketing/engineering operations at Enterprise Engineering Inc., Litton Guidance & Control Systems and Systems Research Laboratories.As an active AOC member since 1977, Judy Westerheide has a passion to improve AOC processes and procedures, consistently raise scholarship funds and grant them to young “best and brightest” engineering students in the Central Region. Judy is a member of the Kittyhawk Chapter and served as Secretary on the Board of Directors and as Director of the Scholarship Program. Judy held this position for nine straight years. During the past 30 years Judy has organized, led or participated in over 48 AOC Kittyhawk Chapter and/or National/International events and membership drives. Judy recently received the Life Achievement Award (LAA) at the 2009 AOC National Convention in Washington, DC.
She served as National AOC Secretary for two years. Currently she is Chairperson of the Security Committee and Constitution Committee and a member of the Nomination and Election Committee, Membership Committee and Awards Committee.
Last year she was the Chairperson of the Kittyhawk 2009 Dinner Dance.
