March 9, 2000 - FP 1-1 AOC Educational Foundation Chapter Scholarship Program

The purpose of this Foundation Procedure (FP) is to establish a procedure for local chapters to have a scholarship program in the Association of Old Crows Educational Foundation. This FP applies to establishing the criteria, reporting, and limitations of the AOC Educational Foundation Scholarship Program, hereafter referred to as "Scholarship Program."
